Nut Bread Recipe

Make dough of 1 cup each milk and water, 1/2 yeast cake, 1/2 cup water, 2 tbsps. brown sugar, 1 tbsp. butter, and 1 cup white flour. When light add 2 tbsps. molasses, 4 cups entire-wheat flour, 1 teasp. salt, and 1 cup chopped pecans or Brazil nuts. When light bake an hour. One half cup chopped dates may be added.
