Arrowroot Blancmange

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonful arrowroot
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 quart sweet milk

Directions

Sweeten the milk to taste, scald and stir in the eggs and arrowroot beaten together, flavor with orange syrup, vanilla or lemon. Let boil up a minute stirring continually. Pour into a mold or molds to cool.
