Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 1 cupful sugar
- 1 cupful butter
- 1 cupful molasses
- 1 cupful strong black coffee
- 2 cupfuls of raisins
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoonful cinnamon
- 5 cupfuls flour
- 1/4 teaspoonful cloves
- 1 teaspoonful soda
Directions
Put the soda in the coffee. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Bake.
