Maple Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup beaten cream
  • 1 egg white
  • few grains salt

Directions

Boil syrup until it threads ; pour on to the beaten white; add cream, salt, and beat until thick enough to spread.
