Maple Filling
Ingredients
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup beaten cream
- 1 egg white
- few grains salt
Directions
Boil syrup until it threads ; pour on to the beaten white; add cream, salt, and beat until thick enough to spread.
