Pineapple Filling

Ingredients

  • 1 cup grated pineapple
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon orange rind
  • sugar

Directions

Mix pineapple, fruit juice and rind, and enough confectioner's sugar to make of consistency to spread.
