Huckleberry Cake
Ingredients
- 1 quart of huckleberries
- 4 cupfuls of flour
- 1 cupful sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cupful melted butter
- 1 cupful milk
- 1 teaspoonful soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoonfuls cream-tartar
Directions
Rub the sugar and eggs together and the other ingredients, the berries last of all, dredging them well with flour. Bake.
