Chocolate Philadelphia Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces chocolate
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups light cream
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

Melt chocolate, add remaining ingredients, and freeze.
