French Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 4 to 6 egg yolks
- 2 cups cream
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Make a soft custard of milk, sugar and yolks of eggs. When cool, add cream whipped, salt and flavoring. Freeze.
