Pineapple Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 large pineapple
  • 1 pound white sugar
  • 1 quart sweet cream

Directions

Peel, slice and mince the pineapple very fine. Mix the sugar with it, and let lie two hours. Rub it through a sieve, pressing out all the juice. Stir cream and juice together. Freeze.
