Recipe for Lemon Sherbet
Ingredients
- juice from 5 lemons
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 cups of water
- 1 tbs. of gelatine
Directions
Soak the gelatine in a little of the water. Boil one cup of the water and dissolve the gelatine in it. Mix the sugar, water, gelatine and lemon juice together. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze.
