How to Make Pineapple Sherbet
Ingredients
- 2 pineapples
- 8 cups of water
- 2 cups of sugar
- juice from 2 lemons
- 4 egg whites
Directions
Grate the pineapple and mix with the water and sugar; add the juice of two lemons and the beaten whites of four eggs. Place in a freezer and freeze.
