How to Make Pineapple Sherbet

Ingredients

  • 2 pineapples
  • 8 cups of water
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • juice from 2 lemons
  • 4 egg whites

Directions

Grate the pineapple and mix with the water and sugar; add the juice of two lemons and the beaten whites of four eggs. Place in a freezer and freeze.
