Recipe for Strawberry Sherbert

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh crushed strawberries
- 1 lemon
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 quarts milk
- 2 egg whites
Directions
Crush the strawberries, then mix them with the lemon juice, sugar, and milk. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Freeze to a mush, add the beaten egg whites, and continue to freeze until the sherbet is solid.
