Yankee Plum Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 quart sour cream or milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoonful sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful soda
  • 1 small cupful raisins

Directions

Thicken into a stiff batter with half flour and half corn-meal. Steam two hours. Eat with sweet cream or some hot plain pudding sauce.
