Chocolate Cream Sauce
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup cream
- 4 tablespoons hot water
- 1/4 cup grated chocolate
- 1 egg white
- 1 teaspoon almond extract, or 1 tablespoon cordial
Directions
Melt chocolate; add sugar and boiling water; cook until glossy. Cool. Beat cream until stiff; add chocolate mixture gradually; cut and fold in beaten white. Flavor and serve.
