Chocolate Cream Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cream
  • 4 tablespoons hot water
  • 1/4 cup grated chocolate
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract, or 1 tablespoon cordial

Directions

Melt chocolate; add sugar and boiling water; cook until glossy. Cool. Beat cream until stiff; add chocolate mixture gradually; cut and fold in beaten white. Flavor and serve.
