Cream Brandy Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- 1/3 cup cream
- few orange rind gratings
- few grains salt
Directions
Cook sugar and water ten minutes; beat yolks; add cream, brandy, salt, orange rind gratings. Add sugar and water slowlv and beat until mixture thickens.
