Cream Sherry Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup cream
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons sherry
  • 2 egg yolks
  • few grains salt

Directions

Mix butter, sugar, yolks and cream; cook in double boiler until mixture thickens; add wine, and serve.
