Cream Sherry Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sherry
- 2 egg yolks
- few grains salt
Directions
Mix butter, sugar, yolks and cream; cook in double boiler until mixture thickens; add wine, and serve.
