Hard Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • wine, brandy, or vanilla
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon hot water

Directions

Cream butter; add sugar by the teaspoon, and beat until light and creamy. Flavor and serve.
