Jelly Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupful of currant jelly, beaten to a smooth batter
  • 1 tablespoonful of melted butter
  • 2 tablespoonfuls of powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoonful nutmeg
  • 1/2 cupful of boiling water

Directions

Beat thoroughly. A little lemon juice may be added if liked. Serve hot. Exceedingly nice.
