Maple Pudding Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup beaten cream
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • few grains salt

Directions

Beat yolks until thick ; add maple syrup and cook until it thickens. Add beaten cream, salt. Chill and serve.
