Orange Sauce

Ingredients

  • grated rind, juice and pulp of 3 oranges
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar

Directions

Beat whites until stiff; add remaining ingredients. Serve cold.
