Orange Cordial
Put 1 1/2 cups orange juice and the thin yellow rind of the oranges in a stone jar, add 2 qts. brandy, cover, and in 4 days add 1 1/4 lbs. sugar and stir well. Cover for a day, then strain into bottles, and use in 6 weeks.
