Banana Boats
Cut a strip from top of each banana, remove fruit, and cut into large balls, also cut apples, pears, and peaches the same size and cover them for an hour or more with rum or sherry syrup flavored with lemon juice. Arrange alternately in the boats like peas in a pod.
