Cranberry Puffs
Ingredients
- 2 cups cranberries
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons shortening
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix and sift dry ingredients, add shortening, and chop until mealy; add well-beaten eggs and cranberries. Pour into popover bowls and steam one and one half hours. Serve with cranberry sauce.
