Chestnut Croquettes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chestnut puree
  • yolks of 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Mix ingredients in order given. Shape into balls, dip in egg and bread crumbs; fry in deep fat, drain and serve.
