Chestnut Croquettes
Ingredients
- 1 cup chestnut puree
- yolks of 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons sugar syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Mix ingredients in order given. Shape into balls, dip in egg and bread crumbs; fry in deep fat, drain and serve.
