Chicken Sandwich Recipe
Chop the flesh of cold roast chicken fine. Season with pepper and salt, and spread 1/2 an inch thick between thin slices of buttered bread. If the meat is very nice, it may be seasoned and laid in close neat strips between the buttered bread.
