How to Make Potato Biscuits

  1. Mash potato and mix with butter and lard
  2. Add the yeast, milk, sugar, salt, and egg to the potatoes and stir.
  3. Stir in the flour until the mixture forms a dough.
  4. Roll the dough out and cut into biscuits.
  5. Place the biscuits on a greased pan and brush the tops of each biscuit with butter.
  6. Allow the biscuits to sit overnight in the refrigerator.
  7. Bake.
