How to Make Graham Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk scalded
- 1/4 yeast cake
- 1/3 cup of molasses
- 1/4 cup lukewarm water
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups white flour
- 4 cups graham flour
Directions
- Mix milk, molasses, and salt together.
- Sift together yeast cake and flour.
- Stir dry ingredients together with the milk and molasses mixture.
- Pour dough into a bread pan and let rise to double in size.
- Bake.
