  1. Mix the flour, salt, and sugar together in a bowl.
  2. Boil the milk and butter. Let cool.
  3. Add the milk and butter to the dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in the yeast.
  5. Cover the bowl and put it in the refrigerator to rise overnight.
  6. Add the egg to the batter.
  7. Pour batter into a greased muffin pan and allow the muffins to rise.
  8. Bake.
