  1. Dissolve a 1/2 teaspoon of salt in the hot water.
  2. Stir in enough flour to make a soft dough.
  3. Beat for ten minutes.
  4. Cover dough and set in a warm place to rise for eight hours.
  5. Sitr the rest of the salt into the milk.
  6. Add enough flour to make a stiff batter before mixing it with the dough.
  7. Mix the dough thoroughly and let rise again until very light.
  8. Knead in enough flour to make dough the consistency of regular bread dough.
  9. Make dough into loaves and place them into bread pans to rise.
  10. Bake.
