Directions

  1. Scald the milk.
  2. Mix the milk, sugar, salt, and one cup of flour.
  3. Mix thoroughly and let rise overnight.
  4. Add the rest of the flour and milk.
  5. Let the dough rise again.
  6. Add the wheat flour and knead.
  7. Shape into loaves and let rise in bread pans.
  8. Bake.
