How to Make Federal Bread
Ingredients
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 yeast cake
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 3 eggs
- flour
Directions
- Scald the milk.
- Add the butter and salt to the water and allow the mixture to cool.
- Put in the yeast cake and enough flour to make a soft dough.
- Pour the dough into a pan and allow it to rise overnight.
- Bake in a greased bread pan.
