White Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. of flour
- 2 tbsp. of butter
- 1 large cupful of milk or cream
Directions
Rub butter and flour smooth in a saucepan over the fire and add the boiling milk or cream gradually, stirring until all is smooth. Season with salt.
