Recipe for Cream of Asparagus Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tb. flour
- 2 Tb. butter
- 1 cup asparagus puree
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Melt the butter and stir in the flour and butter to make a white sauce. Mix the sauce with the asparagus puree. Season with the salt and pepper. Serve.
