Recipe for Cream of Corn Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Tb. flour
- 1 Tb. butter
- 2 cups milk
- 1 can corn
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan and mix with the flour and milk to make a white sauce. Make a puree of the corn and add to the white sauce. Season .with the salt and pepper and serve.
