Cream of Pea Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 Tb. flour
  • 2 Tb. butter
  • 1/2 cup pea puree
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Make white sauce of the flour, milk, and butter. Mix the peas, salt and pepper, to the sauce. Heat and serve.
