Homemade Cream of Spinach Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 Tb. flour
  • 2 Tb. butter
  • 1/2 cup spinach puree
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions

Make white sauce of the butter, milk, and flour. Mix the sauce with the spinach. Season with the salt and pepper. Heat and serve.
