Homemade Cream of Spinach Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 2 Tb. flour
- 2 Tb. butter
- 1/2 cup spinach puree
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions
Make white sauce of the butter, milk, and flour. Mix the sauce with the spinach. Season with the salt and pepper. Heat and serve.
