Recipe for Coleslaw with Vinegar and Celery
Ingredients
- 1/2 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 cup vinegar
- salt and pepper
Directions
Mix the cabbage, celery, eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, and butter. Boil the vinegar and pour over the cabbage mixture. Cover several minutes and serve.
