How to Make Hot Slaw
Ingredients
- one head of cabbage
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of pepper
- dash cayenne
- 1/2 cup vinegar
Directions
Chop the cabbage finely and boil it in lighly salted water. Drain the cabbage. Make a sauce from the butter, salt, pepper, cayenne, and vinegar. Cook the cabbage and sauce mixture in a saucepan for five minutes.
